GMJ, yes last year we met a couple who had just landed in France the guy said he had applied for a french visa of some kind that gave him extra time as long as he didnt leave france, he said that he was going to wing it and cross boarders

imo its still not worth the hassle. Im sure once the appeal is submitted you then have to wait for a decision and I really cant imagine them just rolling over and squashing the ticket.

We stayed here many times over the years, however now the rangers will give you a ticket for overnight parking
