Just tried Penhalt layby on the coast official sign from Cornwall council banning motorhomes overnight moved to the above layby to find another sign banning sleeping and camping overnight without the list of regulations is this legal?
I would also like to add that a few of the car parks I've visited have had brand new signs put up saying overnight camping bans I'm wondering whether this is all about getting set up ready to enforce new laws regarding parking without the landowners permission?
Hello and welcome my bit of advice is to use the wildcamping app to check out overnight stops in the area you're travelling and use an old large scale map book to write them onto as back up in case there's no phone reception put a Star next to really good ones
I've got a Peugeot boxer motorhome have the same problem there's a plate that clips onto the battery and battery terminal. What I did was loosen the clamp lift the plate wedge it clear of the battery and put a battery charger on overnight the clips on a charger are a lot smaller and fit
looking forward to getting back into travelling in a motorhome again after 4 years grounded as the old motorhome was past it
Previously travelled in a Bedford Cf 250 Glendale 1000L over 18 years doing mainly wild camping but didn't know that's what I was doing till I went on the internet!
