Regarding not getting bothered, I fish there and the NWL staff call in regularly to check peoples permits etc. Rarely have I seen them early doors but there's always a first time.

    Another EcoFlow question.

Will be wilding and using sites as per when I had the motorhomes when up the west coast of Scotland which is my second home. Rarely use hookup so will be saving the charge every night. Obviously I will have to be more selective regarding poi's I use but I know of dozens of places that are suitable.

    Another EcoFlow question.

The caravan is a short term fix until I return to motor homing late this year or deffo next so I have no intentions of spending a fortune on solar panels, lithium batteries, a suitable charger as the charger built into the control unit is the usual basic caravan charger, inverter etc, etc...

    Another EcoFlow question.

Had the same reply from Ecoflow 3 years ago when I had the same issue. Presently away for a shakedown trip in my new caravan. Borrowed my mates Delta 2 max + extra battery, arrived on site Tuesday pm and to date have used it in the ehu to power everything. Weather drastic so I have had the tv...

Portable / Folding solar panel recommendations.

Yes, got to agree with you after checking prices. I wouldn't need the solar controller etc as my Ecoflows have them built in so I could just fit mc4 connectors onto the panel cables.

Portable / Folding solar panel recommendations.

Sounds a good idea will look into it. As you say a standard panel is way cheaper and as I could easily carry it in the caravan a simple fix to charge the power station.

Portable / Folding solar panel recommendations.

Slipped my mind that Alpha sold panels, will check them out. I was thinking of this type which yes more expensive but tend to fold up smaller and are lighter than the rigid folding type. https://uk.renogy.com/renogy-200w-portable-solar-panel/

Portable / Folding solar panel recommendations.

I have 2 Ecoflow portable power stations that I will be using with my caravan and I am looking for recommendations for portable / folding solar panels to recharge them. Ecoflow panels way overpriced and before anyone suggests, the caravan is a short term buy as intend to buy a new motorhome in...

    MOBILE WIFI......AGAIN.

I have always used a mifi unit in the motorhomes I have owned and my present caravan. Allows me to watch sky go on my laptop so I don't miss my sport lol. I can count on one hand the times I haven't had reception which is usually in remote locations up the west coast of Scotland. have also...

    Sad event.

I was always under the impression that rear seats in a motorhome / pvc had to have seatbelts fitted and used. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-york-north-yorkshire-68515437

My late wife wouldn't have one whilst undergoing numerous surgeries and chemo for 2 1/2 years. Finally persuaded her to get one, used once 2 weeks before she passed away.

    My new E-bike

I was stating my observations where I live, it's the same with e scooters flying up the road. I never stated it was ok to break the law. I Know the laws regarding Ebikes, been a cyclist since my teens only changing to an Ebike 3 years ago due to age and heart condition. Most on the forum know...

    My new E-bike

it will need that huge motor to move them tyres lol. No worries regarding being illegal, loads on the roads where I live and the police turn a blind eye. I have had my Specialized Vado 18 months, small motor and lightweight but enough to assist on hills etc and I have a heart condition and...

The salesman from Teesside caravans I have been speaking to regarding the Bailey called me last night. Asking if I'm still interested and stated he would get me an unbeatable deal as he is at the NEC this week and apparently they have unbeatable offers lol. Calling me back tomoss so will post...
