I like a nice coffee in the morning. Not instant, the real stuff. Love a nice costa when out to. Does anyone know a decent coffee machine for a motorhome. Small is good, Must make latte's. I need my morning fix of caffeine and instant doesn't cut it.

I use a cafetiere too, no issues with the waste tank as I slosh the contents around with a bit of cold dish water and lob it outside. It's supposed to be very good for the soil so I'm enhancing the environment! Discreetly I should add, bush, hedge etc :)

Aeropress for me also. I can either drink it black or use a cheap battery-powered frother on warmed milk to make latte or cappuccino. I haven't done it, but understand you can also get 'proper' espresso (i.e. with crema) from an Aeropress if you use the right third-party gizmo. HTH, Geoff
 
By coffee machine do you mean something espresso that runs off 240v mains electric with one touch latte operation? We have a BEEM which is compact, uses ground coffee in the espresso scoop, can sit on the kitchen worktop under the cupboard over when not in use, has 19psi pressure, and has a water and milk container. Can’t be used off grid but when hooked up fantastic and can be set up to deliver a full mug of latte or cappuccino coffee.

Much better than you get at nearly every French or Spanish bar with their ridiculous small cups. For us the money saved on bar coffees pays for the daily site fees! :)

This is our espresso and cappuccino maker works on the gas and also off a fire pit,
 
Nespresso pixie is compact , easy to store, does great coffee but pods are pricey although you can get cheaper own brand pods. The pods are also tiny and easy to store. Use only on hookup. For off hookup we use as most have recommended...the wee Italian stop top coffeemaker. This also does great coffee.
the nespresso will give you a wonderful cream layer. Optional extra is the aeroccino frother, gives a great cappuccino or flat white froth.

I was down there last week picking up some parts for the in laws machine. Its not done bad really over 15,500 cups, not bad going for a domestic bean to cup machine.

If we don't have this one with us. Then its one like Mr Brown uses. Easy to use and virtually indestructible, the 6 shot version.

Cannot stand that strong coffee from beans,me asda 76p instant which is every bit as good as expensive maxwell or others.
 
I drink coffee with nor milk; no sugar/sweetener, so I need something that tastes good.

On a site with good washing up facilities I use a stainless steel cafetiere, when wilding I use Milenco, it is instant but it is good.

You must be made of strong stuff,capuchan monks were the first to add honey and milk to soften it for us less mortals.

We use a good burr grinder and a cafetiere at home, but the motorhome's hand-powered burr grinder is really quite hard work, so we tend to buy pre-ground coffee or grind at home in advance.
